Neil being temporarily offline has asked me to circulate this message:
once again apologies if the mailing list is incomplete, or simply out of
date.
Roger

Dear Colleagues,

To begin with a very Happy New Year to you all with best wishes for a
prosperous 2004.

As you will be aware we are hoping to finalise the dates for the 2004
Digital Scarborough Event, to be held at the Spa either mid-week in May,
5th and 6th, or at the weekend in October (Fri-Sun 8th-10th). Both
dates have advantages and disadvantages and we need to make a final
decision by the end of this week. May gives us little time to organise
the event, but may attract more businesses as it is mid-week. October
gives us more planning time, but may affect the number of businesses
attending given the weekend slot we have been offered.

Please indicate to Roger Foster (reply to this address) which date you
prefer, not later than 3.00 pm this Friday. If you don't reply by then
we cannot take your vote into account.

Best Wishes,

Neil
