Hiya

Can burning an audio CD really be this hard?

I found this
<http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?q=mp3+to+wav+drax62&hl=en&lr=&selm=3A3AEC96.3134624A%40home.com&rnum=1>
which was rather fantastic, and I've done everything, including
installing mpg123 and normalize, but I'm stuck now on actually burning
the CD.

I haven't tried the command line methods, but I do have XCDROAST
loaded. It's difficult to use, but I managed to get it to burn a CD.
Of course, when I put it in the CD player it said "no disc".

My files are all in wav format currently. It appears they should be
in, is it cdda format (something like that) to go onto cd, but that
some of the gui writers make the conversion from wav automatically. I
thought XCDROAST did/does, but maybe not.

I saw nothing about writing a table of contents or anything like that.

What do you ppl reckon should be my next step?

Cheers
J
