Not sure. It worked the second time, but I'm not sure I did anything
different.

I checked the errant disc and couldn't read anything so I think I've
concluded either a) it's because I pressed my thumb against the data
surface before using it, b) it was a duff CD, or c) I did do a few
light things while it was burning and it did warn that doing heavier
stuff than I thought I was doing might just make the CD unreadable,
maybe my CPU's old and it just couldn't handle the light stuff.

Anyways, it's worked, so thanks for your help.
