These are not necessarily my favourite plugins but are quite useful
none-the-less.

MeasureIt. This allows you to measure widths of tables, images or whatever
upon the rendered page.

Another good plugin is ScrapBook. This allows you to capture a web page(s) and
store them locally on your own machine. In my opinion it's better than a good
old bookmark because if the page disappears you still have a copy locally. It
will even capture an hierarchy of pages to a given depth. When capturing it
intelligently changes any necessary links to reference your local copy of
other pages you have captured.

Two final suggestions are:

Adblock Professional (including the Filterset.G rules). You can probably all
guess what this plugin is about.

Secondly:

Use Add Bookmark Here to add book marks at your chosen point in the bookmark
hierarchy thus saving going into the bookmark manager all the time.

PS: Worth a mention also is FireFTP but many people like to use a different
application for FTP purposes so it won't be to everybodies taste. I just find
this handy if you want to do something quickly. It has one downside that
being you must give it your password in the FTP account profile as it will
not prompt you for it when you try to connect somewhere.
