[SLUG] Stand up

OK ppl, the stand is up, all the bits came together in the end.

Bob, I've got Al's discs and I'll ration them out on the stand, I can
probably get in every other day. Let me know if any of my leaflets run
out and I'll keep topping them up.

I'll post a picture when I remember to take the camera. It's a tad
staid, the display, but I put that down to us being digital kinda
people.

Steve, I still have amendments to make to documents but I'll get them
to you asap. I notice one or two items aren't using our /lib extension
so you might want to put a link from our home page to say something
like "we have a display at the local library, you can download all the
materials [here]".

Regarding staffing the stand, we're actually inside the library now,
so I'm not sure that staffing it really works. Nor am I around this
weekend, so my vote is we leave it alone.

I'm still quite enthused about the link between our last day and that
animal rights fayre thing, so it may be worth working out if we can
swap ours out to the foyer for the last Sunday and then staffing that
for a couple of hours, but I guess me and Steve can talk about that
nearer the time.

Anyways, well done everyone, it's good. Let's hope we actually get
some new members and then something like this won't be such bloody
hard work.

Oh, and further to what I said about financial contributions, I've
spoken with Al and yes, he's spent more than I think me and Bob will
have .. our cartridges are likely to get used for other things after
all. Al said he'd spent about £25 on discs, labels and whatnot, so
yes, a whipround for him at the next meeting is on the cards.

Speaking of the next meeting, we need volunteers to give Catux a spin
and to lead the discussion about it. Al said ummm, can't remember who,
may also come down for that. I can't do anything about it as I haven't
got a pen drive so I'm in your capable hands.
