Hi Steve

You could be right about writing directly to SBC.  I think writing to the 
mayor cc my local councillor would be best.  Writing to officials would meet 
built in defenses, and if they say daft things I can use them in letters to 
the MP and the press.  The same applies to NYBC.

I tried SBC website again, from a slightly different route.  It was OK.  Could 
there be 2 versions out there while they are modifying the first?
