[SLUG] Samsung laptops

Does anyone own/know anyone that owns a Samsung laptop?

My girlfriend's power supply is dodgy and we want to work out whether it
is the socket or the power cord that is dodgy.

It'd be handy if we could try a 'working' power cord to rule it out
without it costing us a diagnosis fee with a local repairer because we
can buy replacement power supplies on the 'net.
