Seems a little unfair... maybe you should "fix" it? Hans Reiser was convicted 
of murdering his wife, there is some controversy over it, namesys inc 
(reiserfs' sponsor company) doesn't seem to be capable of functioning without 
him, so reiserfs is in some trouble. However it's still an interesting 
filesystem, so maybe some folk will continue to develop it... reiser4 might 
even get into the kernel some time this decade... :)
