[sclug] Members Home pages.

At a meeting a few months back, the idea of having a PHPnuke site came up.
A few days ago this idea came back into my head and began the install.

As the topic of the sclug.org.uk site has raised its head again, it may be a
good idea to give it a thrash about now.
