[sclug] relays.osirusoft.com is dead (permanently)

Hi all,

relays.osirusoft.com (a DNS-based blocklist) now reports 
every IPv4 address as listed. it also returns a TXT message 
asking you to stop using it. The exact reason why its 
operator (Joe Jared) decided to take this decision is 
currently unclear, but apparently it's been suffering DoS 
for over six weeks which may have sthg to do with it.

This may affect you if you run SpamAssassin or other 
DNSBL-using anti-spam systems; I'm told that the default 
config uses this service.
