I know there is a free wireless cafe on Kings Road near Ha Ha's.
If you want an ISP then there is http://www.netvigator.co.uk/
which is reasonably priced.
I have opened up my wireless connection so that anyone can access it.
It is located in:

But I'm not sure what the range is as it's just LinkSys in my loft.
If everyone opened up the boardband there would be plenty bandwidth!
