On the subject of browser standards , how do you rate the latest Mozilla
1.6?
Recently, we've seen problems on the server side for code tested for
Netscape 4.78 failing with 1.6?

A good site to check out to learn about CSS is
http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp. It includes many examples that
allow you to edit the underlying text and see the effects on the output
display.
