You'd need a time machine to travel to the future.

Do you mean for Debian 2.2?  That's potato isn't it?  You should look at
the potato release notes to see if there are any issues upgrading (I
have a feeling you might want woody's newer apt, perl and debconf before
anything else) but then you should be clear to dist-upgrade.

If you mean security patches for 2.2 then I imagine they've long since
ceased.  You should be running current stable (3.0) though really.

As to where to get them from then ftp.uk.debian.org is the UK mirror
though you'll also want security.debian.org URLs in your
/etc/apt/sources.list too.
