Don't forget the iPaq; you can get both Familiar --- a sort of Debian Light 
--- and real, proper, supported ARM Debian on it. Although if you go for the 
latter, you'll certainly want a hard disk of some kind to swap onto. You 
can't get PCMCIA hard drives these days, and PCMCIA USB or Firewire cards are 
rather hard to come by.
