The answer is, of course, 'it depends'.

Is this part of a sequence of 50 very similar clauses, where 45 of them 
have code in the 'true' clause and 5 don't? Then yes, not only is it 
acceptable but it's also good practice, because it's important to 
maintain visual similarity between each clause to enhance maintainability.
