Yes: you want DRDB (Distributed Replicated Block Device), probably coupled
to Heartbeat. That will keep the two systems exactly in sync, and - if
heartbeat is configured correctly - then if one system goes down, the
other will take over.

Depending upon your Linux experience, it can be non-trivial to set up, but
there are some HOWTOs around.
