I heard Stallman talk a few months ago in London, and have also
watched a number of the youtube videos. He is an excellent speaker in
these subjects, and well worth a visit if you  ever had wondered what
all the free software fuss was about. It was only after going to some
significant effort to listen to his points of view that I came to
appreciate FLOSS as I should have done much earlier on!

Stallman is a prophet in our time. Slightly unworldly and cuttingly
single minded and clear thinking. It is often obvious, that he is not
any sort of politician, which can be refreshing, although in today's
world the media can treat such people poorly.
