<div><font face="sans-serif"><span style="line-height:19.045454025268555px">-----------------------------------</span></font></div><div><span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:19.049999237060547px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">Given that Cybersecurity is becoming an issue for all organisations, not just the largest ones. There is a shortage of qualified Cybersecurity professionals available to meet the needs of organisations. Cybersecurity competitions have come into existence to help train and recruit new professionals to the field. Over the past year Paul has been a participant in competitions, challenges and researched training resources and qualifications. Security puzzles are built for competitors based on the real threats faced by organisations today. Find out which countries and organisations are sponsoring security challenges; how they structure the competitions; how we can surmise what skills may be lacking and how we can learn to develop skills using ethical and legitimate resources. We'll finish with examples of a few questions, challenges and solutions in previous competitions.</span><font face="sans-serif"><span style="line-height:19.045454025268555px"><br style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">
