[Sussex] Exim problems

I did some more work on the parser last night.  Although I'm having trouble
finding the parser.h and parserInternals.h on Debian.  I've got libxml's .so
file under /usr/lib but /usr/include doesn't seem to have the headers and I
can't find a package for libxml development (other than Perl ones).  I'll
probably just download the files I need and keep them in the project
directory for the moment.

Thanks.  This sounds similar to what I have been trying to achieve.
