[Sussex] Business without Microsoft

Yet again, here's one for the "Linux isn't ready for the desktop" and
"businesses can't run without Windows" crowd...

Ernie Ball is a non-technical company with little technical knowledge in
house.  They've been operating their entire business on Linux (yup,
thats desktops and servers) for three years.  Here's a great story about
what made them make the change and how it has gone:

.. one key thing I support in this story is the idea that putting MS
Office and IE on every desktop doesn't make you're people more
effective, it usually just makes them less productive.
