Who's he? 

Well, that seems to be the attitude of "the establishment" thus far, though 
from an IT point of view, I can't think of anyone more deserving of "a gong".

Better than Sir Alex "fill my pockets and drink too much wine/scotch, red 
nose" Ferguson (or am I being too cynical?) and other bloody football types.
