[Sussex] Run on net start

There is not much of a chance of getting a static IP without knowing it...
Most (admittedly not quite all) ISP's will charge for a static. Many will
not give them out at all.

I am one of those that knows they _do_not_ have a static IP...  This is the
precise reason I want to use DYNdns.  If I had a static IP I wouldn't need
it.
