If like me you are on the road a lot, it's a great boon. Until I go a 
car kit for my cellphone having a bluetooth headset was really useful. 
I also use bluetooth to sync my Palm with my laptop as well as hooking 
up the cellphone to the laptop for internet access when I don't have 
wireless networking in range. Or just the Palm and the phone to check 
email headers using imap when the laptop's not on hand.

The best way to think of Bluetooth is as a body-lan.
