Actually, there _is_ an organisation called the "Confederate Air Force", or
at least there was until 1st Jan 2002, when it changed its name to
"Commemorative Air Force".

However, given it exists to preserve World War II airplanes, I'm kind of
doubtful that it's ability to project power is, say, better than that of the
US, the CIS, China or India's :-)
