Yes, they seem to be.  They are very aware that the approval they proimised
in 24 hours took over a week to do and that they have scrwed up the spec.

Well, as they haven't even begun building the machine yet I (hopefully)
won't ever recieve a copy of Windows XP.  

We'll see how it goes..
