If you mean multi-boot - no problem, just have to configure grub (or LILO)
to do it.  If you mean Windows partitions - you can read all include NTFS
and write all except maybe NTFS (not sure).

If you mean under emulation - there are various options; the only one I
know about is CrossOver - Office works Plugin almost works.  (Is it
Win4Lin that gives a full Windows installation inside Linux?  I saw it
working and it does everything Win and Lin at once.)
