OK, am now "Going Static" with my IP (I love the fact I built the
wireless network in my parent's house, it means I can do what the hell I
want with it!) I may go on another walk over the weekend... :D

They look fun, but the small size of my arial makes it ideal for being
discretely velcro'd onto the side of my bag with a pigtail running into
the laptop, also velcro'd but with straps not stickypads, inside thebag.

Have got a few coach journeys to Derby and Cheltenham coming up, so will
have to take my laptop with me to see if I can get net access on the
coach! :D

I can see this getting out of hand, I've alreay been searchin eBay for
GPS PCMCIA cards and I'm just emerging kismet to see what that's like...
