I have a Solwise SAR110, and found this guide useful especially setting
the system time with SNTP so the box doesn't say 1970 anymore.

You can telnet to the router and use the CLI interface as well as using
the serial interface, but you need to login using the username and
password from the web interface to use it.

The latest firmware has support for ALGs (application layer gateway), so
NAT will work for H323 and SIP.

The router also supports ZIPB, so it can bridge the IP straight through
and pretend its just a modem for a designated computer and using its DHCP
server to distribute all the other traffic around your network.
