Sort of (take a look at section 2):
    a) You must cause the modified files to carry prominent notices
    stating that you changed the files and the date of any change.

So buy putting a "Change Log" at the top will make it easier for a
modifier to just add his/her entry and thus show the pedigree.  Of
cause that doesn't stop me from deleting it and publishing, but I
must show this is a derivate work so somewhere I have to give you
credit -- or at least reference you original.
