Geoff,

I came down first thing this morning following an emerg of KDE 3.2 expecting to have all sorts of problems. However, I was pleasantly suprised to see it worked all but flawlessly first time I ran kdm.

It was a bit sluggish at first but seems to have settled down now that all the config items are complete.

Only problem so far is lack of sound.

Seems your advocacy of Gentoo has won another convert.
