[Sussex] A new look to our web site

Well, aside from IE screwing it up a bit so the text doesn't sit over 
the buttons properly, there's only one thing - You haven't set a 
background colour. 

Since my default background isn't white, it looks a bit patchy: All the 
images have a white bg, but the text doesn't.
