Its more or less OK in both IE6.0.2x  and Mozilla 1.7 on my laptop which 
has a resolution of 1024 x 768.  The W3C logo does not display, probably 
because I have blocked 3rd party images.   On an older laptop with 
earlier versions of IE and Mozilla at 800 x 600 its also OK.  Both 
laptops scroll vertically to get the whole screen.
