Think of it in terms of RAM. It *crawls* on a 233Mhz PC with 64MB RAM, and
it's only fit for use if you're patient and can wait for the screen to redraw
itself everytime you select a new menu. But it is useable.. just. Anything
lower than this, and you've no chance of using it. The hugher the better, and
the more RAM you can shovel in, the better. Ooo eats it.
