Blimey!  However isn't that likely to be incompatible with the good ol'
GPL?  It seems that Nokia are just willing to waive their patent rights
(albeit in a 'legally binding commitment').   Can't see the kernel
fellas liking that, especially after the whole IBM fiasco.  Presumably
they're now meticulously careful about the kernel code...
