Okay, I see it once in five loads (2nd) oin "Open in a new tab"
and not at all (in five tries) in "Open in a new window".

Given that the Streetmap's link is hard coded I think you can report
this as a bug.  I checked this page out for XHTML compliance and if
fails - mostly on the hard coded streetmap's link.  Maybe it is time
we switch to Google Maps - if someone post's the URL I'll replace
the street maps link with the Google one.
