[Sussex] Why Linux doesn't need defrag

Hi all,

It's one of those questions that comes up quite often, and most people  
don't seem to get an answer more satisfactory than "Linux is better  
and doesn't fragment"

So I had a bash at trying to give an answer that explained exactly why  
we don't need a defrag, but without getting so long or technical that  
a new user would give up before they got halfway.

I *think* I got the basic details right, but I'm not absolutely sure,
