[Sussex] The new sussex.lug.org.uk Server

The SysAdmins of the lug.org.uk server have reported that the transition
over to the new system is now complete.  E-mailing the list (and this is
the test) should now be much, much faster.  If you see any problems with
either the mail list or the website please e-mail me so I can look into
it.  It maybe a simple fix I can do, or I may have to pass it on.
