There is a set of official Debian "Sarge" CDs.

Almost everything that anyone would want is on the first CD. Anything that
isn't can of course be downloaded along with the security updates via
apt-get (You *do* regularly download the security updates don't you?).

You could either download the iso and burn yourself a copy or I have one
that you can copy.
