I'm using courier's imap server.  You don't need to use the courier mail
server to use the imap server - I have it running with exim4.  IIRC
there was almost nothing to configure.  About the only thing you should
need to do it configure for mbox or Maildir.  If the users are GUI type
and use to Outlook or the like then go with Maildir - this is of course
needed in your mail server too.

There is a webmin interface I see in my packages (Debian) but I haven't
tried it so I don't know how good it is.
