[Sussex] Broadband at last

I checked http://www.ukonline.net/  and found that it is not available 
on my exchange so they  offer a package at £19.99 instead.
But I expect in the next few months there should be some good offerings.
I shall also have to look for low cost ADSL2 modem/routers as the 
present ones are limited to 8meg.
I am not sure how the distances from the exchange are going to affect 
speed with adsl2.
With my present situation my speed is up to 2meg but I only actually get 
1.25meg because of the distance.
