Hi Steve/Guys

At the moment I'm preparing to set up an IMAP server for a small office.  A 
couple of questions I could ask tonight are:

- How to get mail into the new server without changing the MX records of the 
domain.  Can I pass mail through the existing server?  If I change the MX 
records, the new box is unavailable and mail goes to the existing server, 
what's the easiest way of getting to the new server when it comes back up?

- Is it possible to import Outlook/Outlook Express mail into the IMAP 
server?
