[Sussex] has anybody else tried to contact the Home Office about RIPA?

The Home Office was said to be conducting a public consultation about
RIPA including the silly crypto keys thing:

I have tried to contact the Home Office about this with no avail.

Has anybody else tried? 

Or is going to try?

Or knows of a better way to get hold of HO than the enquiries email
address?
