[Sussex] Portable Apps suite 1.0 is out

If you're not already familiar with it, portableapps.com is a website that
distributes FOSS projects such as Firefox, OpenOffice, and the Gimp,
cleverly altered to run off a USB drive - no installation the the hard
drive, no need for admin access to the PC.

They recently released the new portable suite, complete with
(Vista-themed) GUI frontend for it. Thought it might be of some interest
to anybody who still has to use Windows, but more particularly in the
context of the recent conversation about getting people to try out FOSS
rather than stay with Microsoft's offerings.
