Emerging Computer Applications 2007 Conference
Sat April 28th 2007, Sussex University, Brighton
Celebrating half a century of the BCS and 40 years of the Sussex Branch

This one-day conference brings together quality speakers from a wide
variety of fields, including gaming, medicine, finance and music, to
demonstrate emerging advances in the application of computers.

The presentations will be entertaining, informative and generally
accessible to a wide audience. Best of all, they will inspire you and
give you much food for thought. They will show how far computing has
come in the last 50 years, with the BCS playing an increasingly
significant role.

The conference is organised by the Sussex Branch of the British Computer
Society to mark the Golden Jubilee of the BCS and the Fortieth
Anniversary of the founding of a branch in Sussex.
