So my 10 year old Windows 95 OEM licence would do?

IEs4Linux (http://www.tatanka.com.br/ies4linux/page/Main_Page) looks like a 
good way to go.  I haven't tried it yet but it looks like a fairly clever 
way of getting IE with minimal effort.
