[Sussex] OOo Writer Base

What I want to do is get OOo Writer to make a print out of list of data 
from OOo Base. I want it to have 3 columns per page and print out as 
show in (ex1) but the only way I can do this is as in (ex2).
The problem with (ex2) is for each entry in need to put an reference to 
data base filed in which make nonsense when have database of 300 enters 
I would like to do as in (ex3) but can get it to repeat all that happens 
is page per database record.
