[Sussex] Zip files on Mandriva

The readme file is packed in the KArchiver archive downloaded from the web.  The author's website is on Orange/Wanadoo(France) but it looks like he either hasn't paid his account with them or is in the process of moving to a new provider.  Not even Orange can have got bad enough to have servers down for 48 hours+ - knew them when they were Freeserve and still running hot.

Then again, we've hit the same problem d/ling the User and Service Manuals for Pete's PC from Dell!
