I second Webmin, I use it still sometimes to this day.

Makes things very easy really.

Hi John,

I used to use webmin before I decided I'd just use SSH with public  
keys for security reasons. It's open-source (released under GNU GPL).  
I think you can use it for email, and it uses a modular-based system,  
so you can remove modules you don't need, and add ones you do. There's  
a demo at http://webmin-demo.virtualmin.com/ with the user as root and  
the password as demo, and you can download the .deb package at  
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin_1.470_all.deb, the  
.rpm package  
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin-1.470-1.noarch.rpm  
and the source tarball at  
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin-1.470.tar.gz.
