I have sent an invite to everyone who requested one, it can take few
days until you receive an invite from google.

I still have 8 invites available for Wave. You must understand thought
Wave is still in a alfa-beta state. And not everything in videos is
active yet.

This is how Google put there invites

nominate people you would like to add. Keep in mind that this is a
preview so it could be a bit rocky at times.
