give you all a shout and ask you this.&nbsp; Someone I know is going to meet the 

Director of Barclays in a few days.&nbsp; They are allowed to question him on 

whatever they want as well.&nbsp; So apart from the usual questions about third 

world debt/intrest rates denying even the possibility of 

growth/progression&nbsp;to an independant, self supporting country.&nbsp; What 

questions would any of you like to pose?&nbsp; If you reply soon enough, (real 

soon), with a good I'll suggest it to them and it might get asked.&nbsp; Er... 

the questions&nbsp;have to be reasonable, the person asking want's to keep their 

job!</DIV>
